Was reading the side of a blaster for odds and such and seen this.

Lol why make them do this??

I believe it is a legal thing because some states/countries won't allow them to have a contest and simply give it away, having someone answer a question or solve a problem first somehow allows them to bypass this on a technicality. It is something bowman has to do in order to have the contest be valid in all places, not something they want to do.

Yes, it is against the law here to have giveaway contests. Legally (although it rarely happens) if you win a large fries at McDonald's in some sort of promotion you have to answer a skill testing question so it is not just given to you, but you perform a task to win it. When I was in high school I worked at a Taco Bell and we had "The answer is 21" on a piece of paper taped to the wall behind the registers. Totally stupid.
