That's how they slabbed it, I was expecting it to be slabbed as a closed card as I have seen them before, I was alittle disappointed when I saw it like that when I got it back from grading, I don't know if I like it ??

You gotta get a 9.5 1995-96 Flair New Heights! It's a lower end insert, but a beautiful card!
