I've watched several on the bay, they usually get up right around that price. Some end over $500, last one just ended at $457. One ended around $410, which would definitely be a bargain.
if this is a must have for you, then jump on the $450, if youre wanting a good deal, i would want to be around $400 on this.
i would cap at about 500.. but a great card just waiting for the market to be better
