My questions is, I have this card below. The raw card is worth xxx amount(you can look it up) but the graded card same condition is worth 4x that. When I select this item to trade, it only shows the raw card value and not the graded. Anyway to fix that?

I don't think so just inform the trader. That's what I always do.
actually i think you can if you go to you org. right above where you listing of cards show up there is a line that has options on it. if you click on the down arrow for layout you can go to grade. there you can enter the grader and the grade. so i think this will help you out.
