Hey guys. Got closer to getting a teaching job today and I'm dogsitting with the girlfriend so we went and checked out a card shop. Bob's in Howell nj. Decent prices. He wanted 75 for draft picks so my girlfriend talked me into it to celebrate


Anyway two main hits were

MITCH NAY ORANGE REFRACTOR AUTO /25 and


WILL MIDDLEBROOKS ORANGE REFRACTOR 1/25 (oh no an eBay 1/1)


So my questions to you is. I definitely want to sell the middlebrook but should I wait till baseball season?

As for mitch nay. Since it is an orange. Should I sell right away or hold onto it for fun and see where he is in 3 years?

Get the Nay graded and then hold it for a year or two. The Middlebrooks will still sell good right now, it may go up when the season starts if he plays well in spring training.

Even if the auto has a little printing scratch? You cannot see it

I would. I did the same with a corey brown 07 and i thought it would do 8.5-9 and I got 9.5. Still waiting on him though. (Starting to give up though lol)

That auto looks great from the pic but it's hard to tell. I would say you would do well on it though. If you want to sell it raw soon I now a guy who buys, grades then sells color prospect cards and he would probably be very interested in this. I'd love to have it myself but I don't have the coin for it right now lol.

Yeah I saw that. Thanks man...I think I'm going to grade them and sell them come spring. Maybe middlebrooks will do well. Or maybe I'll hike up to Fenway and trade it for 2 seats in the stadium hahaha
