So ya...been trying to get with them via phone and emails.
I call be on hold so long they say call back later. Call back several times to try and leave voice mail but the inbox is full it says.
Emails no response. But I did get a email saying they shipped my card lol.
Im trying to get with them about another issue I have, not the cards.
So are they just that busy or?????
It is hit or miss.
I call and get your response about 80% or more of the time..
I call earlier in the day and right after lunch and someone answers..
Keep trying, put phone on speaker and play a computer game..
Of course, they could be real light staffed during the holidays too.

I do the same thing, bonds20001.
I called a couple weeks ago about redemption replacements. Same thing: hold for 10 minutes, leave a message, wait. Emailed them and a got a response a couple of days later saying their office had been effected by Hurricane Sandy. Not sure if that's legit, but that seems to be what they're going with.
Just fond it odd been trying since before xmas and no people answer.

I see also the card they did ship to me was not from New York, Or is that just where the offices are at?
I'm pretty sure that's where their offices are, although the box of Picks and Prospects they sent me came from Brooklyn. So I'm assuming they ship from multiple places, but their main support hub is in NYC.
their main offices got nailed by the hurricane, lots of flooding
