I realize this is some sort of promo / broder card from the 80s, but it says only 7,500 were printed. Also, COMC has it listed for around $100. Don't see it on eBay. Might it actually be worth more than fifty cents?

see a couple that sold on ebay for 99 cents

what did you search to find the 99 cent ones? I see nothing in eBay search. Thru a google search, I did see a few sold for $7.99.
