Says "Go Poles" (I think) - what does it refer to?

I think it is supposed to be "go pokes". OSU Cowboys - cow pokes

Its "GO POKES!"

It is "Go Pokes" the OSU Cowboys are also called cowpokes. Not positive on the print run but I believe he signed 25 that way
