It looks like a small flag graded BVG 2......?

I only have my phone to take pictures with. It's an 1887 Allen and Ginter Original flags of our nations.

The small pennant above it looks like the Captains Pennant they fly on Navy Ships.
Does the back of the card list what type flag it is?
