I'm really starting to get into the Bowman sets pretty well and was wondering if there is a place to really track prospects and get up to date news as soon as they are called up and what not...

MILB.com is a great place to keep track of them.
You can also go to Baseballamerica.com and see individual stats
I call my brother who relies on Baseball America's 2012 (or what year it is) Prospects Book. It's got great info for prospects but its only current when its published.
Rotoworld.com is probably the best place to find out when they get called up or sent down.
You can also type in their last name in the search box and look up all the recent news on them if you haven't been keeping close track. But yeah MILB.com is probably the best place to keep up with their minor league stats and how they are doing as far as that goes.
