Beckett Message Boards

I've been visiting a couple of other football message boards the last few months while searching for cards for older sets.

The boards/Mods here get criticized often when things don't go well.

The other 2 sites (BO and SCF) both have organizational assets that are a little more advanced than here and some of the sets I've seen are impressive.

However, after reading many threads on those sites, I find some of the respondents are some of the rudist, meanest and unfriendly concentration of peeople I've ever seen. I personally have not done any threads there. I have not personally been affected any way.

The responses, in general, are just not very nice or respectful.

Yes, we have a few immature members, but nothing like I've seen over there.

Amen in a BIG way Mel, I've spent my fair share of time on those two sites and I couldn't agree more. I've never met people who were more rude and nasty then some of them. And it seems like all people want to do on those two joints is sell, no chatter no fun with helping others just selling.

Some of those internet fights are fun to read tho..... and participate in, lol

I have been a memeber of SCF for about a year now and I must say you are dead on. I will never leave Beckett for another board. This place is too awesome!

I have to say this is a sweet group to be a part of.

Could not agree more.On those like lump said its just sell sell sell.When you do ask a question 99 % of the time your not going to get a true honest anwser but instead a smart aleck response.Here we just like to help each other and are true collectors. Beckett IS THE BEST period.
