Some people are waiting for their redemptions for a few months to a year.

Some people are also waiting for their replacements for a few months to a year.
wow, I think I will boycott Panini, and return to Upper Deck

Every card manufacturer have their pros and cons. I can't really side with either companies because I've never dealt with redemptions or replacements.
UD is WAY better with Redemptions, but that doesn't mean they're any good.
both UD and Panini redemptions are not fun... but they have incline and produce some cards I do chase

for hockey ITG is alright for customer service side and they don't do redemption normally and also produce cards I chase after
I'm planning on picking up at least 1 box of series 2 BECAUSE there's no redemptions.
I've been waiting since August 2011 for two redemptions from Panini and just got a replacement for a redemption that was two years old from Upper Deck. Neither one is going to win any prizes for their customer service. You can speak with people at UD if you call them 1st thing in the AM and they are usually very pleasant and promise to get things taken care of. Of course, you find out later that they are lying to you. Panini however doesn't reply to email except to send you a note to call and then they don't answer the phone.
I now understand why redemption card sell so low on the bay
