Only thing I can think of, if its an authentic patch a Probowl patch from the late 50's or early 60's but can't find any patches pertaining to those years. More than likely something faked.

The more I look at it, it could be real. Jim Brown was a pro bowler and was in the eastern conference.

See not so sure why someone would mess with a patch and put something that could be considered skeptical in it instead

What does it say on the back of the card??? Do you have a scan of the back?

looks cool but i have never seen a patch like that on a old school player card unless it had issues..
