99/00 Topps Chrome #21 Silver Press Plate Prototype (one of a kind)

this is what this was listed as to me, i am haveing a hard time finding anything about it. i picked it up as soon as i saw that it was "one of a kind" Steve Yzerman. I thought someone must want it, a red wings or Yzerman collector. just hope i didnt over pay for it. if you know anything about this "plate" or are interested in haveing it in your collection LMK. It is pretty damn cool looking IMO.

i would like to get at least what i paid for this in trade.
