On saturday, I went down to my local flea market, and when to my usual card stand for my morning chat & football card fix. Well, when I got there, the guy told me he opened 30 boxes of Panini Gold Standard.... YES! 30 BOXES!!!

He know's Im a die-hard Packers fan and had a stack of Favre's for me as well as a stack of Packers he pulled from Gold Standard. I really like the design & his pulls were impressive.

First I see a Alex Green Patch Auto /25
Second, a Randall Cobb 3clr Patch Auto /50
Third, a Forrest Gregg Jersey /??
Then, a Boyd Dowler auto /50

I loved all of them, but he had steep prices on all. (I did buy the stack of Favre's tho)

Then he says. "Oh yeah. I forgot. Pulled these two gems too!" with a smirk on his face....

Then, I got the deal of a lifetime!! A card I wanted since Panini first announced they had inked a deal with him to sign cards. All his auto's are selling for $350 - $500+

Well, when he told me he had this, I flipped! A card I been wanting for a looooooong time. I sadly asked him the price expecting a $500 price tag..... Well, when he told me $100, I couldnt get the cash out of my pocket fast enough..... Here's the new gem of my Packers PC!!

Thanks Wendy! Thats what I thought. When I was giving him the money for it, I actually fely kinda bad. But when I got home & starred at it for like 20mins..... I didnt feel that bad anymore, lol!

Thanks! Yeah, It is now the new #1 card in my Packers (non-Favre) pc! I wanted one since the day panini announced he was signing cards. Then I saw what they were sellin for on fleabay, I was soooo sad! At those prices, it woulda been VERY difficult to win one. Guess Christmas came a day early for me!

I didnt get all of what he had. Jus the Woodson & the Gregg patch /5. He wanted $80/each for the Cobb & Green and he wanted $50 for the dowler auto /50. Those I know I can get for less in a few months on the bay. Oh, n I bought a stack of Favre's for $20. I'll scan those in later.
