I don't pop into Basketball very often as I have only bought 3 packs of basketball cards in my life, but I thought I'd share this card with you. It happened to be in 1 of the 3 packs I bought and I decided to get it graded! #3/5

Only reason I bought the packs was that it was a competition... I'll take that kind of luck every time!

wow, you buy three packs and get a #'d card less than 10. i've been buying cards off and on for over twenty years and i've NEVER pulled a card #'d less than 2500 or better. lucky i guess.

sorry to hear that... It was a lucky pull, no doubt! Funny thing is, there was an MJ auto that came from the same box... If only I would have bought the whole box!!!
It was a competition at a LCS that I went to. The owner would pick a product and then people would buy packs of that product. After everyone bought their packs, he would call out a stat of some sort and whoever had the card that had the best stat or whatever would win a prize. Thus the only reason I bought the basketball packs was for a shot at a prize. Turns out, the prize was in the pack!
