Since he has been playing so well, I bet his cards get hot again. I was looking at auctions and there seems to be a little increase in his cards. Check this stat out: Top 3 QB rating for the season so far :
1. Aaron Rodgers, GB 122.9
2. Tom Brady, NE 109.5
3. Alex Smith, SF 104.1
crazy huh, I have never collected his cards since he had been such a bust but its times like these were your kicking yourself. Could have gotten them on the SUPER cheap.....I'm not totally sold yet though. While there is no doubt he will be a better QB under Harbaugh's coaching , I cant imagine he keeps up like he has so far this season.
people on the bay are out of their mind right now. just because of this weekend, they put his rc autos up for a couple hundred!? its like, okay people, he has sucked for 6 years and now 1 game makes him worth hundreds lol. i have a bunch of his autos so its kinda good for me if i were to sell but im still trying to buy a few.

we will see what to make of him by the end of the season. so far he is succeeding under harbaugh but its still way early. he finally just learned how to throw for more than 200 yards and to the right color jerseys. so its baby steps lol.
Hopefully he keeps it up because its always nice to see good QBs play the game. Alex Smith FINALLY has a good coaching staff. Not too mention all those weapons on offense. Would like to see the 49ers in the playoffs as well.

Yeah especially when the game was in hand. I hate seeing a guy get hurt in a situation like that.

Yep. Exactly...sucks. He has never really had a chance. He got injured in his rookie season after he lit it up in the preseason and now this, he was just coming into his own.
Whats your feeling next week vs. Lions???
