Beckett Message Boards

I got a coupon for two free graded cards from Beckett. I lost the instructions on how to send my cards. I remember i had to go through Fed Ex. So do i send my cards with a prepaid postage so beckett can send it them back and how much would beckett require as far as paid postage back to me? Sorry im kinda new to this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
