Beckett Message Boards

Got 2 boxes today. I guess I was under the impression there were 2 autos per box. Oh well, I think I did O.K.

Box 1

(Elway/Tebow 100/299, Newton 44/50, Packers duo NFT not #'d, Todman 098/300)



Box 2

(Megatron 39/50, Kosar not #'d, Polamalu 136/299, Gabbert 221/350)

Not too bad. I was also under the impression there were two autos. Mine didn't have two and neither did the other box I saw opened at the LCS.

I wish I had some packers stuff for that newton!

Does every box have a rookie autographed letter or did you just get lucky on 2 boxes?

I am not quite sure, but from the breaks I have seen, there are 2 G/U, 1 Prime G/U, and 1 Rookie Class auto. I don't know if a different auto replaces the Rookie Class auto, or if it replaces one of the G/U hits.

I have seen countless Rookie Collection cards damaged on the exact same side.

And my Kosar is in the same spot. I wonder if I should ask for replacements?

I would because every card that I have seen its that same exact spot. It is definitely something on their end that is damaging the cards.

I love how they put the "W" patch of Newton's jersey on backwards. Topps pulled the same thing with a Gerhart chest patch of mine from Platinum last year. Looked pretty ridiculous. Good ol quality control at its finest lol.

Just bought two boxes today and there was only 1 out of my two boxes.
