Just looking for some input on this auction listing. I have wanted to add this card to my collection for a long time.

Do any of you guys find it suspicious? What bothers me is the seller is also listing hot packs in his other listings. Also, he is a new lister and has low feedback. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
