Do you have Old completed trades that are missing feedback?
click on completed trades and look for feedback you need to leave or needs to be left for you

I always bug people if they don't leave feedback lol. Good post. As for dorky he never leaves feedback from what I can tell.

I am pretty positive 3 or 4 of those guys are on the do not list now, I am almost certain of it.
On the new site I've noticed when you mark as recieved the trade moves to the Complete Trade tab. At first I didn't know this so that could be a reason why some feedback isn't being left. I feel the trade shouldn't move to completed until feedback is left. (This may be something for the webmaster/IT peoples to look into)
I always leave feedback then mark as received to get around that
