"Should there be a thread on the proper way to package cards?"

I would love that and I'm sure some of the other new guys would too. I have packed cards the way I've seen them sent to me - in a bubble mailer and the cards secured somehow but I'd love some tips!
You cant go wrong sending cards in a small priority box it cost a little more but i have yet to get any complaint on my shipping

Dont use tape (any kind) unless it is to hold one of those heavy thick cases so the lid doesnt come off. and put a tab on it so it would be easy to take the tape off. (25 cards or more) for other cards use team bags or graded bags they are self adhesive and easy to open.. I think Floydtown has a link in his sig on the football forum as well
Thanks! I have gotten some of those bigger penny holders that hold about 6-8 cards in trades and want to buy some but my WM doesn't have them. I'll have to order some supplies.

ETA: I think maybe those are the team bags you talked about.
DO NOT use plastic hinged cases to send cards in. The inside corners of most of these cases are rounded and WILL result in damage to the cards when going through the shipping process.

LOL for real ?
Sorry, didn't see this post on the football side about contacting a mod first, and posted negative feedback after trying to correct the trade with the person, and they were ignorant and asked if I was a professional grader or something. The Barry Sanders RC looked like it was in someone's back pocket for a week without a sleeve. I left negative, and they did the same to me, and I was unable to respond to them, saying I didn't contact him when I did. Anyways, to anyone reading, contact the trader, then contact a mod, and leave negative feedback at your own risk.
