Sent these off at the beginning of the month was quite pleased from the results!

Didnt know they couldnt grade this one, going to send it off to JSA:
Might sell or trade them, not quite sure yet, trying to narrow down my collection a lot.

Yeah. Any non-certified autographed cards have to go to JSA first and then to BGS for encapsulation. Also, there are even some certified auto'ed cards (ones that are known to be faked) that have to be sent to JSA first. Rookie Premier is one of the ones that has to go to JSA first and then to BGS.
