The NFL developed this 11-card standard-size set for football fans and card collectors. The set was available to collectors who sent 20 wrappers from any NFL-licensed trading cards to the NFL '94 Back-to-School Offer address in Minnesota by Nov. 30, 1994. The set features one standard-size card from each of the major licensed football card manufacturers. As originally conceived, the set included a Brett Favre card by Pro Set, but NFL Properties was unable to include this card in the set since Pro Set went out of business. All cards feature on their backs the NFL Back-to-School logo and a message on the importance of staying in school. Only the Action Packed (BS1) and Upper Deck (#19) cards are numbered on the backs.
