In 1990 the Shultz Say-O-Stores of Wisconsin featured a 15-week Flashback Game. Game tickets were given out at Piggly Wiggly and Sav-U Food stores. The tickets measured approximately 2" by 3 3/8" and were printed on thin white cardboard stock. The fronts displayed a picture of a Packer in a TV set framework, while the back had the rules governing the game. There were 13 players per week, and each week the cards had a different-colored border (apparently by error, the 14th week had 14 cards). On each Wednesday, the stores displayed a poster of the winning player, and customers who had a ticket matching the player on the poster could win the dollar amount specified in the TV set. The cards are checklisted by weeks as follows: 1 (1-13), 2 (14-26), 3 (27-39), 4 (40-52), 5 (53-65), 6 (66-78), 7 (79-91), 8 (92-104), 9 (105-17), 10 (118-30), 11 (131-43), 12 (144-56), 13 (157-69), 14 (170-83), and 15 (184-96).
