The cards were sent out to prospective dealers along with the ordering forms for Score's debut football set. The cards are distinguishable from the regular issue cards of the same numbers as indicated in the checklist below. One good way to recognize these promos is that the stats on the promo card backs are carried out to only one decimal place instead of two.
