The Pro Football Hall of Fame offered a signed "set" limited to 100 in its own display case in 1999 for a price of $4000. These sets included most living members as of 1988 except Johnny Unitas and John Riggins. Proof cards serial numbered of 50 exist for many of the players that includes a blue stamped seal on the cardback which features the serial number. A Dan Fortmann signed Proof card was included with the first 50-sets sold through the Hall of Fame. It is commonly thought that Dan Fortmann's wife signed all 50-cards. [Collapse]
