There appear to be several distinct types issued with text as follows reading left to right: (1) player's name in all caps, position initials only, and team name in all caps, (2) player's name, position spelled out completely and team in all capital letters, (3) player's name in caps, position spelled out in upper and lower case letters, and team in upper and lower case letters, (4) player's name in all caps (no position) and team name in all caps, (5) player's name in all caps, position spelled out in caps, and team name in all caps, (6) player's name in all caps, no position, team name in upper and lower case letters. Some also appear to have been released through Maison Blanche department stores in New Orleans along with the store's logo stamped on front.
