Cataloged below are all known color variations for full Super Bowl tickets. The variations in color generally represent the different sections of the stadium in which the game was played and usually can be found on the "stub" portion of the ticket or in the background color of the ticket. Many of these variations are quite scarce with just a few known high quality examples in existence. Those are not priced below due to their scarcity but some can command prices well over $1000, with a few of the scarcest known high grade examples reported to have sold for more than $10,000. Note that full tickets for some recent Super Bowls are much easier to obtain since the NFL began scanning full tickets at some games instead of tearing them. Consequently, full tickets for the early games are quite scarce since nearly all were torn at the stadium. Be aware that souvenir tickets, often called Z-Tickets (because of the section #Z printed on many of them), were issued for some games and, while still collectible in their own right, are not priced below. Prices below are for full game tickets, not stubs, and represent the market for tickets in Excellent (EX) condition for vintage (generally 1960s and 1970s games) and Near-Mint for modern era (1980s-present) games.
