This set of 66 different football figurines and collectors cards was issued by Cincinnati-based Kenner Toy Company. The statues feature top NFL stars in action poses and are accompanied by two standard size cards. Each player has a posed and an action color shot card. The back has biographical and statistical information and a facsimile signature of the player. The values listed below refer to unopened packages. The cards are unnumbered and checklisted below in alphabetical order. Figures were issued in All-Star case assortments and team case (16 pieces) assortments. There were two nationwide All-Star case assortments, an AFC and an NFC. The AFC All-Star case assortment consisted of 10 players comprising of 16 pieces. The breakdown for the AFC case is John Elway (2 per case), Boomer Esiason, Bo Jackson (4), Jim Kelly (2), Bernie Kosar, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Christian Okoye, Bruce Smith, and Ickey Woods (2). The Marino figure was the 1989 piece packaged in a 1990 box. The NFC All-Star case assortment consisted of 13 players making up the 16 piece case. The breakdown for the NFC case is Troy Aikman, Neal Anderson, Roger Craig, Randall Cunningham (2), Jim Everett, Don Majkowski, Keith Millard, Joe Montana (2), Barry Sanders, Deion Sanders, Mike Singletary, Herschel Walker (2) and Reggie White. The Jim Everett figure was the 1989 piece packaged in a 1990 box. There are eight jersey variations in this set. Neal Anderson, Roger Craig, John Elway, Boomer Esiason, Bernie Kosar, Joe Montana, Mike Singletary, and Reggie White all have a white jersey variation and a team color jersey variation. All the white jersey variations except the Boomer Esiason black jersey variation were distributed through All-Star cases. All the colored jersey variations except the Boomer Esiason white jersey variation were distributed through team cases. With these variations the set is 74 pieces. There is confirmation of a Randall Cunningham white jersey variation existing. The piece is the 1989 Cunningham figure in a 1990 package. Only a few of these have been reported.
