Randomly inserted in packs at a rate of one in 639, this insert set was horizontally designed with full colo player action photos. The player's team number is found in the upper left-hand corner, and basketball design is found in the lower left-hand corner. The center of the card features a ticket stub design with the player's autograph written across it. The right-hand side of the card has a perforated edge indicating it is the "ripped version".
