These singles, though accidentally inserted, could be pulled from packs of 1995-96 Finest series one. The cards feature the refractor technology on the basic orange bordered Mystery Finest cards. These cards were used by Topps as a test, but were not used since the company preferred to use the borderless cards for the parallel refractor set.
