Presented by NationsBank, this 6-card standard-size "Kids 'N Cops" set was issued by the Washington Bullets in conjunction with the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department. Youths ages 6-16 who introduced themselves to a Metropolitan police officer received a player card. By completing the 6-card set and turning in the Hoops mascot card to any DC precinct, one received a coupon good for two tickets to a Bullets home game. The offer began on February 11 and ran through April 8. The fronts display glossy full-bleed color action photos. A red vertical bar at the upper left carries the set title and NationsBank emblem. On a white card face, the backs carry a circular headshot, biography, facsimile autograph, conflict resolution message, and sponsor logos. The set is designed so that the first letter of each conflict resolution message spells out POWER. The cards are unnumbered and checklisted below in alphabetical order. [Collapse]
