These eight prototypes were issued to showcase the design of the 1994 SkyBox USA set, which was issued in June 1994. These eight prototypes were issued to showcase the design of the 1994 SkyBox USA set, which was issued in June 1994. Except for the Dumars and Kemp cards, the front features a borderless color shot of the player in his Team USA uniform posed in front of a portion of the American flag. The fronts of the Dumars and Kemp cards are borderless action shots. The player's name appears in silver foil within a red stripe near the bottom, along with the USA logo. The backs are of several different designs, since the cards represent different subsets, but generally they have a red, white, and blue design.
