Each set included a certificate of limited edition bearing a unique serial number and the production run figures (19,500). The cards are full-bleed except at the bottom, where a color stripe carries the palyer's last name in block lettering. Featuring a player cutout superposed on a background consisting of the appropriate city skyline, the color photos have a metallic sheen to them. The name of the city is printed in a typewriter font and cuts across the middle of the picture in "ticker-tape" fashion. The backs have a player profile and a color headshot.
