This 10-card standard-size set was issued as a wrapper redemption offer. The collector sent in $4.00 to Fleer; the offer expired October 31, 1994. The final two cards are team checklist cards that picture on their fronts all the members of the U.S. Olympic basketball team. These reissued checklist cards include Johnson, who was added to the team later, in the team photo.
