Card fronts feature full-bleed action photos with the player's name running down the upper-left corner. The cards are grouped alphabetically within teams and checklisted below alphabetically according to teams. Subsets are NBA on NBC (176-185), Dynamic Duals (186-197), USA Basketball (198), Checklists (298-300), SkySlams (301-313), SkyShots (314-325), SkySwats (326-338), and SkyPilots (339-350). Every first series pack contained an Action and Drama Instant Win game card, offering the chance to play one-on-one with Magic Johnson, or receive a number of other prizes including autographed Hakeem Olajuwon or David Robinson jerseys, a dual autographed Olajuwon/Robinson card or an exclusive Magic Johnson exchange card available only through this promotion. A special three-card panel featuring Johnson, Olajuwon and Robinson was available by mailing in forty first series wrappers before the June 30th, 1995 deadline. Also, three Master Series Preview Press Sheet Exchange cards were randomly seeded into one in every 360 first series packs. The cards were redeemable for 50-card uncut press sheets of SkyBox's new super-premium Emotion cards. The expiration date for the Emotion Press Sheets was March 1, 1995. As a final note, approximately one in every 360 first series retail packs contained an unannounced Hakeem Olajuwon Gold "stealth" card. Approximately one in every 360 second series retail packs contained an unannounced Grant Hill Gold "stealth" card. A standard-size promo card featuring Hakeem Olajuwon was issued to preview the set; a 3 1/2" by 5" jumbo version, distinguished by a gold foil autograph, was issued as a chiptopper in retail boxes. Three 5" by 7" jumbo featuring Grant Hill were also issued as a chiptoppers. Series 1 Sam's retail boxes contained a jumbo Grant Hill Hoops rookie card, Series 2 retail boxes contained a jumbo Grant Hill SkyBox rookie card and Series 2 vintage retail boxes contained a jumbo replica of his Slammin' Universe card.
