Information provided by Topps indicated the cards were randomly inserted at a rate of one in every nine seven-card packs and one in approximately four 14-card jumbo packs. However, widespread evidence indicates the cards are easier to obtain. In addition, a good amount of the cards were included in retail "re-packs" at chains like Wal-Mart and Sams. The only difference in design to the basic cards is refracting foil that creates a glossy shine to the card fronts when held under light. Cards with an asterisk next to their listing signify that it is currently perceived to be in shorter supply.
