These large action photos are taken from the NBA's official photo library and were primarily sold through retail outlets and toy stores. Original suggested retail price was $1.49 per card, but the photos did not sell well and were eventually closed out nationwide at around twenty-five cents each. The fronts feature an approximately 8" by 10" borderless color glossy player photo with biographical information, statistics, and career highlights on the back. The team logo, player's name, and NBA logo appear in different color stripes below each picture. Each photo is individually wrapped and is accompanied by an offer to order five-photo team sets for $7.50 each. The complete set includes a special "Superstar Set" (1-22) and five players from each of the NBA's 27 teams. These unnumbered photos are checklisted below alphabetically according to teams as follows: Atlanta (23-27), Boston (28-32), Charlotte (33-37), Chicago (38-42), Cleveland (43-47), Dallas (48-52), Denver (53-57), Detroit (58-62), Golden State (63-67), Houston (68-72), Indiana (73-77), LA.
