1990-91 Hoops All-Star Panels

These five panels were issued one per All-Star program at the 1991 NBA All-Star game. Each perforated sheet consists of six standard-size cards, arranged in three rows with two cards per row. These five panels were issued one per All-Star program at the 1991 NBA All-Star game. Each perforated sheet consists of six standard-size cards, arranged in three rows with two cards per row. The color action player photos on the fronts were taken during the 1990 All-Star game in Miami on Feb. 11, 1990. These pictures have the typical Hoops "basketball lane" design and are gold-bordered. Cards picture All-Stars on the East squad are accented by a blue star and a blue stripe carrying a row ofwhite stars; likewise, cards picturing All-Stars on the West squad have a red star and stripe. On a white background with a gray star, the backs carry statistics and player profile. Neither the panels nor the cards are numbered.
