These standard-size cards were issued as part of a special promotion for the 2004 Cal Ripken League World Series. Each of these cards issued have a special 2004 Cal Ripken World Series logo embossed on the card. Although representatives at Donruss had no specific record of which regular Elite cards were stamped for this promotion they did issue a special Passing the Torch set for the project.
