For the third consecutive year, Upper Deck produced a set consisting solely of players who had been taken during that season's amateur draft. This was a 90-card standard-size set which was released in December, 2003. This set was issued in four-card packs with an $2.99 SRP which came 16 packs to a box and 18 boxes to a case.
