This 150-card set was released in May, 2003. This set was issued in six card packs with an $3 SRP which came 24 packs to a box and eight boxes to a case. This 150-card set was released in May, 2003. This set was issued in six card packs with an $3 SRP which came 24 packs to a box and eight boxes to a case. These cards were issued in different styles with photos purporting to be from that era in which the faux card was issued. While most of the photos are close to the era they are supposed to be from, some photos such as the 64 Brooks Robinson design and the 54 Tom Lasorda are obviously not from the correct time period. The Monte Irvin card was issued in equal quantities with or without the facsmile autograph. A set is considered complete with only one of the Irvin cards. A notable card in this set is the first mainstream card of legendary broadcaster Ernie Harwell who was the Tigers announcers for more than 40 years. [Collapse]
