As these cards have varying print runs, we have notated that information next to the player's name as well as the information as to what memorabilia piece is used. The Ishii and Taguchi jersey cards were not ready as Donruss went to press and those cards were issued as exchange cards with an deadline of June 1, 2004 to redeem those cards.
