Each card features gold colored fronts (instead of silver for the basic cards) and is individually serial numbered to 50 on front in blue ink sharpie. Each card is numbered on the back using the player's initials and an "S" prefix. Also, Dave Concepcion, Frank Thomas, Ken Griffey Jr., Manny Ramirez, Mo Vaughn, Ozzie Smith and Willie Stargell cards were inserted in packs as stickered exchange cards. The deadline for this exchange was April 22nd, 2001. In addition to the exchange cards, real autographed cards did make their into packs for the following players: Willie Stargell, Ozzie Smith and Dave Concepcion.
