The 2000 Paramount Update set was released in October, 2000 as a 100-card set. The product was sold exclusively in J.C. Penney Christmas catalogs and production was announced at 12,500 sets (though the cards and boxes lack any type of serial numbering). Each set carried a suggested retail price of $29.99. Please note that card backs carry a "U" suffix.
