As part of the Upper Deck A Piece of History 500 Club Autograph promotion, Upper Deck had most of the living members of the 500 homer club sign a number of cards which matched their uniform number (except for Mantle of which is a true 1/1, features a cut signature and altered card front design from the other cards in the set).
