This ten card set features a selection of top stars. Only 500 serial numbered sets were produced. Hot Cards were distributed at year's end to dealers that applied for the Hot Card registry program. Each pacific product issued in 1999 had an insert set designated as a Hot Card registry set. Shop owners that had customers pull a card from the designated Hot Card registry set could then report the find to Pacific and register the card online. For their efforts, the dealers were rewarded with these special exchange cards. These were the products which were noted as eligible for the "Hot Card Registry": 1999 Private Stock Exclusive, 1999 Prism Holographic Blue, 1999 Aurora signed cards of Tony Gwynn, 1999 Paramount Cooperstown Bound Pacific Proofs, 1999 Invincible Giants of the Game, 1999 Crown Royale Cramer's Choice Red, 1999 Revolution Tier 1, 1999 Omega 5-Tool Talents Tier 1, 2000 Pacific Premire Date, 2000 Private Stock PS-2000 Rookies, 2000 Paramount Fielder's Choice Gold Glove and 2000 Crown Collection Platinum Blue.
