These cards were given out to dealers and hobby media in five-card complete set form. These unnumbered cards parallel a selection of basic issue and insert cards from the then-upcoming 1999 Baseball America brand issued by Team Best. The backs of the cards make them easy to identify from their basic issue counterparts in that each card states "for promotional purposes only", featuring a large Baseball America Top Prospects brand logo.
