Cards E13-E18 were distributed in basic 1998 Pinnacle packs and cards E19-E24 were distributed in 1998 Score packs. Missing cards E1-E6 were intended to be seeded within 1998 Pinnacle Certified, but Pinnacle went bankrupt in mid-1998, prior to the intended release of the product. Seeding ratios were only released as a cumulative rate for all versions of Epix cards and they are as follows: Pinnacle 1:21 packs, Score 1:61 packs and Zenith 1:11 packs. Card back text for each MOMENT card features a highlight of the most memorable moment for each player featured.
